Copiah Lincoln Community College Bus Driver in Brookhaven, Mississippi
The Bus Driver is responsible to the Director of the Physical Plant and shall possess evidence of skill proficiency required in the performance of the duties and responsibilities listed below.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Safely transport passengers to and from scheduled locations
Obey all traffic laws and safety regulations for passenger buses
Communicate effectively with the maintenance department
Perform pre-trip inspections on the bus before each route or trip as required
Complete forms, records, and reports as required
Clean and service the school bus to include interior sweeping
Report necessary bus repairs or damage to the maintenance department
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Have a high school diploma or GED/HSE
Must be a minimum of 25 years of age
Hold a valid Class A or B, Commercial Driver's License and meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements
Have a satisfactory driving record that demonstrates a commitment to safety
At least three (3) years' experience driving large vehicles (26,001 lbs. or more)
