Job Title: Shipping & Receiving Associate

Location: Brookfield, WI

Pay: $22–$25 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Flexible start time – 6:00am or 7:00am , 8‑hour shifts

We are a well‑established manufacturer in Brookfield known for producing high‑quality engineered products that protect people, machines, and equipment across many industries. We are currently hiring a Shipping & Receiving Associate to support daily logistics operations in a clean, organized, and team‑oriented environment.

If you enjoy staying active, working with inventory, and playing a key role in keeping production and customer deliveries on track—this is a solid opportunity with competitive pay and flexible hours.

Job Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming materials and verify accuracy

• Prepare and package outgoing shipments

• Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks and/or forklifts (if trained)

• Track inventory and maintain organized storage areas

• Complete basic paperwork and system entries

• Follow safety procedures and quality standards

• Keep shipping and receiving areas clean and organized

Shift/Schedule:

• Choose a 6:00am or 7:00am start time

• 8‑hour workdays

• Consistent schedule with no rotating shifts

Pay & Opportunity:

Qualifications:

• Shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience preferred

• Forklift experience a plus (not required)

• Comfortable with lifting and material handling

The work environment is fast-paced and requires attention to detail. The position involves handling various shipping and receiving tasks. The role may require handling of goods and materials and adherence to safety protocols.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
