Serving multiple energy-intensive industries, we provide end-to-end product and service solutions that ensure the reliability and protection of our customers\' electrical infrastructure. As a Service Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving our ambitious revenue growthobjectives.Thisearly sales careerdevelopment position is designed for individuals aspiring to advance into a Business Development Manager role in the future. You will be the key point of contact for many customers, and partnerswith immediate and urgent needs, requiring a blend of technical knowledge, quick learning, and creative problem-solvingthat allows the right candidate to handle multiple work streams at one time. The work model for the role is: Remote {#LI-Remote}, this role provides support for the East Coast and will require East Coast working hours. Your role and responsibilities: Exhibit a positive, friendly, and helpful attitude with customers and partners, being sensitive to their needs. Establish and maintain customer relationships, learning and evaluating customer operations to identify objectives, requirements, and preferences. Assist outside sales personnel with quotations, order processing/management, customer interactions, and internal communication with ABB factories and Aftermarket teams. Work with Commercial Proposal Managers, Application Engineers, and Customers as required. Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
