Job Description
The Elan Operations team provides critical behind‑the‑scenes support for Elan partners by ensuring accurate transaction processing, operational maintenance, and audit‑ready recordkeeping. This position plays a key role in maintaining operational accuracy, regulatory compliance, and the timely execution of partner‑driven requests. The role works closely with Client Management, Risk, Compliance, Technology, and Branding teams to support day‑to‑day operations and ensure partner needs are met efficiently and accurately.
This role is responsible for performing accurate and timely transaction processing and account maintenance activities within KNEWS and related operational systems. Responsibilities include reviewing, validating, and executing operational requests in accordance with documented procedures and controls, as well as researching and resolving processing exceptions, data discrepancies, and issues that may impact downstream reporting or settlement. A strong attention to detail is essential, as accuracy at the transaction level directly supports operational integrity and compliance. The role may serve as an operational point of coordination for discrete initiatives, ensuring deliverables are tracked, risks are identified, and work is completed through to closure.
In addition, the position supports branding‑related operational requests, including activities associated with partner terminations and portfolio changes. This includes coordinating with internal teams to ensure branding updates, closures, and termination actions are completed correctly and on schedule. The role is also responsible for tracking work, managing dependencies, and documenting activity to support transparency, reporting, and audit requirements.
The position is responsible for maintaining complete, accurate, and audit‑ready documentation for all operational activities. Records must be stored appropriately and be readily retrievable to support audits, reviews, and compliance inquiries. The role also assists with responses to internal audits, risk reviews, and compliance requests related to operational processing, reinforcing a strong control environment.
Successful candidates will demonstrate strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and the ability to coordinate and manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast‑paced operations environment. Experience following documented procedures in a regulated setting, strong organizational and recordkeeping skills, and effective written and verbal communication skills are essential. A consistent focus on accuracy, accountability, and meeting deadlines is critical for success in this role.
