Construction Project Manager – Brookfield, CT
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our growing team in Brookfield, CT. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven professional with deep experience in commercial, clean room, pharmaceutical, and semiconductor construction. In this role, you’ll take ownership of impactful projects—leading teams, guiding clients, and ensuring exceptional results from pre‑construction through final delivery.
What You’ll Do
As a key leader in our field operations, you will:
Manage all phases of construction projects—from planning and budgeting to execution and closeout.
Build and oversee detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Collaborate closely with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver outstanding project outcomes.
Ensure all work meets safety standards, building codes, and quality requirements.
Track progress regularly, identify issues early, and adjust plans to stay on schedule and on budget.
Prepare and share comprehensive project status reports with stakeholders.
Facilitate and lead effective project meetings and promote clear communication across teams.
Conduct regular site inspections to verify work quality and adherence to specifications.
Implement strong risk management strategies to prevent or mitigate potential challenges.
Oversee procurement of materials and equipment to ensure timely, cost‑efficient delivery.
Manage financial performance, including monitoring and settlement of project costs.
Provide supervision and mentorship to project staff to ensure high-quality work and professional development.
Drive the project lifecycle—from work preparation to successful final handoff—ensuring excellence at every stage.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of construction project management experience, ideally with commercial, clean room, pharmaceutical, or semiconductor projects.
A strong track record of delivering large-scale projects successfully.
Deep knowledge of construction methods, materials, safety standards, and regulations.
Exceptional leadership, communication, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
Proficiency in project management software and digital tools.
Ability to manage competing priorities, work under pressure, and uphold high-quality standards.
Strong analytical skills and confidence in making informed decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
PMP certification or equivalent credential.
Familiarity with sustainable construction or LEED practices.
Experience with change orders, RFIs, submittals, take-offs, and similar project documentation.
Proficiency with software such as MS Project, Procore, and Sage.
Background in healthcare, biopharma, manufacturing, or clean room construction.
Work Environment
Schedule: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Project Locations: Primarily across Connecticut (Fairfield, Hartford, and New Haven counties) with an additional site in Poughkeepsie, NY.
Work Setting: Time spent both at our Brookfield headquarters and onsite at active projects.
Project Types: Ground‑up builds, office fit‑outs, and renovations.
Project Size: $500K to $20M, with a concentration in the $3M–$5M range.
Project Mix: Approximately 75% clean room projects.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $160000.00/hr.
