About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead commercial, clean room, pharmaceutical, and semiconductor projects based out of Brookfield, CT. This position is ideal for a hands‑on leader who can confidently manage technical scopes, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and deliver consistent results on high‑stakes builds.

What You’ll Lead

  • Full lifecycle management of construction projects from planning through closeout

  • Development and oversight of project budgets, schedules, and resource plans

  • Coordination with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors

  • Enforcement of safety standards, building codes, and quality specifications

  • Monitoring progress and adjusting strategies to keep projects on track

  • Preparing and delivering clear project updates for all stakeholders

  • Rapid resolution of issues occurring on‑site or during planning

  • Fostering strong teamwork, communication, and a positive project culture

  • Conducting routine site visits to ensure safety and specification alignment

  • Identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks

  • Managing procurement for timely and cost‑effective materials and equipment

  • Leading project meetings and maintaining project documentation

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field

  • 5+ years managing commercial, clean room, pharmaceutical, or semiconductor projects

  • Proven ability to deliver large‑scale, technically complex builds

  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, codes, and best practices

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills

  • Proficiency with modern project management tools and software

  • Ability to perform in fast‑moving environments while balancing multiple priorities

  • Strong analytical and decision‑making abilities

Preferred Experience

  • PMP or similar certification

  • Knowledge of sustainable construction or LEED practices

  • Experience with RFIs, submittals, take‑offs, and change orders

  • Familiarity with MS Project, Procore, and Sage

  • Project experience in healthcare, manufacturing, biopharma, or other technical facilities

  • Experience managing projects ranging from $500k to $20M, especially within the $3M–$5M range

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brookfield, CT.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $160000.00/hr.
