Honeywell Lead Access Controls Field Service Technician in Brook Park, Ohio
As a Lead Access Controls Field Technician here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and service to our customers. You will impact customer satisfaction and operational efficiency by ensuring that access control systems are installed, maintained, and serviced to the highest standards, thereby enhancing the overall security and functionality of our clients' facilities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate as part of the field services team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery for access control systems and other Building Automation needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute service plans that meet customer requirements.
Travel to customer sites throughout the Cleveland, OH area.
YOU MUST HAVE
Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in field service, specifically with service and troubleshooting of access control systems.
Strong technical knowledge and expertise in access control technologies and systems.
Must be familiar with LonelS2 or similar access control systems to ensure optimal performance.
Willing to obtain LonelS2 training certification to support this position once onboard.
Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks.
Experience in managing service requests and ensuring timely delivery of solutions and customer satisfaction
Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues using a multi meter with proven troubleshooting methods.
