Halal Slaughtering & Processing: Execute precise halal slaughtering practices, ensuring strict adherence to Islamic guidelines and standards. Utilize thorough knowledge of halalcertification requirements to maintain compliance throughout all processing stages, from slaughtering to packaging.Meat Cutting & Preparation: Skillfully butcher, debone, trim, and portion a variety of meat cuts, ensuring consistency and adherence to company specifications. Efficiently use knives andother cutting tools to optimize yield and reduce waste, while maintaining the integrity of the meat.Quality Control: Maintain high standards of meat quality, ensuring freshness, proper handling, and storage at all stages of the process. Regularly inspect meat products for any defects orsigns of spoilage, ensuring only top-quality cuts are available for sale.Customer Service: Engage with customers in Arabic or English to assist them with selecting cuts of meat, provide cooking tips, and answer any questions related to meat products. Buildstrong customer relationships by understanding preferences and offering tailored product recommendations.Inventory Management & Procurement: Monitor inventory levels, ensuring proper stock of meat and other related products. Assist with purchasing and procurement processes to ensurecontinuous supply, negotiating prices and sourcing high-quality meat while considering market trends and customer demand.Sanitation & Safety: Strict adherence to safety and sanitation guidelines is required to ensure a safe, clean working environment for all employees. Use proper personal protectiveequipment (PPE) and cleaning techniques to comply with all regulatory standards, minimizing contamination risks.Team Collaboration & Training: Work closely with the team to maintain smooth and efficient operations to meet daily operational goals. Train less experienced staff in halal slaughteringmethods, meat processing techniques, and safety procedures, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.Adaptability & Efficiency: Ability to perform efficiently under pressure while maintaining accuracy and quality.
