Ce poste peut être exercé selon un horaire hybride (au moins 3 jours par semaine au bureau) et nécessite une présence sur site à notre bureau de Bromont (QC) une semaine sur deux.

Le titulaire du poste sera responsable de la conformité commerciale pour Teledyne MEMS, en soutenant des fonctions telles que les contrats, la chaîne d’approvisionnement, l’ingénierie et l’expédition. Le poste requiert une expertise approfondie des lois commerciales canadiennes et américaines, de la réglementation EAR, de l’Arrangement de Wassenaar et du Programme des marchandises contrôlées du Canada. Une expérience pratique dans la mise en œuvre de politiques et procédures corporatives de conformité est essentielle.

Responsabilités et fonctions principales

• Mettre en œuvre les politiques de conformité commerciale conformément aux réglementations canadiennes

• Assurer la classification appropriée des produits à l’importation et à l’exportation

• Préparer et gérer les permis d’exportation, autorisations de réexportation et documents d’importation

• Effectuer le filtrage des tiers et les vérifications diligentes

• Dispenser des formations en conformité et maintenir des dossiers précis

• Réaliser des audits, des autoévaluations et des actions correctives

• Répondre aux demandes et soutenir les enquêtes liées aux cas de non-conformité

• Préparer des rapports et des présentations en matière de conformité

• Gérer les demandes liées à la conformité commerciale et offrir un soutien logistique au besoin

Qualifications requises

• Diplôme ou diplôme universitaire en commerce, administration des affaires ou commerce international (atout)

• 5 à 10 ans d’expérience avec la réglementation américaine EAR et les lois commerciales canadiennes

• Solides compétences analytiques, organisationnelles et en résolution de problèmes

• Bilinguisme (anglais/français) fortement souhaité; excellentes compétences en communication

• Maîtrise de SAP S/4HANA et de la suite Microsoft Office

• Capacité et disponibilité à voyager jusqu’à 10 %, incluant des déplacements bihebdomadaires à notre bureau de Bromont

• Admissible à l’habilitation du Programme des marchandises contrôlées du Canada

• Disponibilité occasionnelle pour des heures prolongées afin de respecter les échéanciers

Job Summary

This position can work a hybrid schedule (at least 3 days per week in office), and requires working onsite at our Bromont, QC office every other week.

The role will manage trade compliance for Teledyne MEMS, supporting functional areas such as contracts, supply chain, engineering, and shipping. Requires expertise in Canadian and U.S. trade laws, EAR, Wassenaar, and Canadian Controlled Goods Program. Hands-on experience implementing corporate compliance policies and procedures is essential.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Implement trade compliance policies in alignment with Canadian regulations.

• Ensure proper product classification for import/export.

• Prepare and manage export permits, re-export authorizations, and import documentation.

• Conduct third-party screening and due diligence.

• Deliver compliance training and maintain accurate records.

• Perform audits, self-assessments, and corrective actions.

• Respond to inquiries and support investigations of non-compliance.

• Prepare compliance reports and presentations.

• Manage trade compliance requests and logistics support as needed.

Job Qualifications:

• Degree/diploma in commerce, business, or international trade preferred.

• 5–10 years of experience with U.S. EAR and Canadian trade laws.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Bilingual (English/French) strongly preferred; excellent communication skills.

• Proficient in SAP S4 Hana and MS Office.

• Able and willing to travel up to 10%, including bi-weekly travel to our office in Bromont.

• Eligible for Canadian Controlled Goods Program clearance.

• Occasional extended hours to meet deadlines.
