Ce que vous ferez
Gérer la relation qualité avec un client majeur.
Améliorer et simplifier les processus et documents qualité.
Soutenir la gestion du changement et l’introduction de nouveaux matériaux.
Enquêter sur les problèmes qualité et mener les analyses.
Coordonner les actions correctives et assurer le suivi.
Collaborer avec les équipes internes, les fournisseurs et les clients.
Participer aux audits internes et au respect des normes ISO.
Contribuer au déploiement de nouveaux outils qualité.
Améliorer la gestion des non‑conformités.
Mener ou soutenir des projets d’amélioration continue.
Ce qu’il vous faut
Excellentes aptitudes en communication, organisation et résolution de problèmes
Autonomie et aisance dans un environnement en évolution
Expérience en qualité ou en milieu manufacturier
Connaissance des méthodes d’analyse de causes
Expérience avec des clients ou fournisseurs (atout)
Connaissance des normes ISO9001, ISO13485, IATF16949 ou ISO14001 (atout)
Connaissance des outils qualité (FMEA, plans de contrôle, etc.) (atout)
DEC ou BAC pertinent (atout)

What You’ll Do
Build and maintain a strong quality relationship with a major customer.
Improve and streamline quality processes and documentation.
Support change management and new material introduction.
Investigate quality issues and lead problem‑solving activities.
Coordinate corrective actions and follow‑up.
Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers on quality topics.
Contribute to internal audits and compliance with ISO standards.
Help deploy new quality tools and improve non‑conformity management.
Lead or support improvement projects across the organization.
Promote a culture of operational excellence.
What You Need
Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills (required)
Ability to work independently in a fast‑changing environment (required)
Experience in quality roles or manufacturing environments (required)
Knowledge of root‑cause analysis and structured problem solving (required)
Experience with customer or supplier quality interactions (advantage)
Familiarity with ISO9001, ISO13485, IATF16949, or ISO14001 (advantage)
Experience with quality tools (FMEA, control plans, etc.) (advantage)
DEC or BAC in a relevant field (advantage)
