Job Description:

An opportunity has arisen to join the Loans Agency & Bi-lateral Servicing & Operations Team. You will join a dedicated servicing function, reporting to the Section Manager, and will play a key role in supporting the end to end servicing of loan portfolios.

The Loans Agency Team supports a wide range of customer queries and operational activities across assigned accounts. This role benefits from a good working knowledge of loan servicing to help ensure responsibilities are completed accurately and within agreed timeframes.

You will work both independently and collaboratively as part of a supportive team, helping to manage detailed instructions, evolving priorities, and a consistent workflow.

This role would suit an experienced professional with well‑developed knowledge who enjoys organising their work, working closely with others, and contributing to shared outcomes. You will have a sound understanding of credit products and loan documentation, with ongoing opportunities to continue developing your knowledge within your specialist area.

Responsibilities:

Support and manage a portfolio of agented and direct lending deals, acting as a key point of contact for allocated clients

Share knowledge and experience within your area, offering guidance and support to team members

Process loan lifecycle events including drawdowns, rollovers, rate fixings, assignments, revaluations, fee calculations, and reconciliations

Responsible for maintenance and servicing of the Loan portfolio in LoanIQ

Partner closely with our Front Office business partners Agency Management, Fulfilment; Leveraged Finance; Portfolio Managers, Asset Based Lending and SAG.

What we are looking for:

Experience in a similar role having developed deep understanding of maintaining a loan portfolio.

Experience with LoanIQ (Desirable not essential)

Previous team leadership experience would be desirable but is not essential

Ability to adapt in a fast‑paced, changing environment, with a focus on operational excellence, accuracy, and quality

Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal, across a range of stakeholders

Organisational and prioritisation skills

In depth knowledge of lending products, loan servicing, and credit operations

Skills that help:

Previous experience working with loan or legal documentation, including legal structures and forms

A high level of attention to detail

An analytical and solutions focused mindset

A collaborative and customer‑focused approach
