• Assess the scope and impact of proposed changes across Technology, Operations, and other supporting functions.
• Act as a liaison between business units, technology teams, delivery teams, and support functions to identify and propose optimal solution options.
• Capture functional‑level deliverables and requirements, including impacts on existing functionality and processes.
• Develop end‑to‑end High‑Level Designs for GPST EMEA policies across the corporate banking domain, including Payments, Client Liquidity, Trade Finance, Loans, and Virtual Account Management.
• Facilitate walkthroughs and reviews of requirements and solution designs with stakeholders, governance forums, and design authorities.
• Support delivery teams throughout the agile project lifecycle by providing ongoing clarification and design guidance.
What we are looking for:
• Experience in designing solutions within corporate banking domains such as Payments, Client Liquidity, Trade Finance, Loans, and Virtual Account Management.
• An understanding of major payment schemes, particularly within the UK, EU, and cross‑border payments.
• Experience working closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into solution designs.
• Background in delivering regulatory or compliance‑driven projects, with an understanding of relevant banking regulations.
• Demonstrated experience leading application design across multiple technology platforms.
• Extensive technical and data analysis expertise, working with a variety of architectural patterns and technologies.
• Experience evaluating and selecting vendor solutions and collaborating with vendors to integrate packages into a complex technology environment.
• Proven ability to provide technology leadership to distributed teams, including both onshore and offshore development teams.
• Experience defining end‑to‑end solution architecture, including integration patterns and interfacing technologies.
• An understanding of non‑functional requirements and designing solutions to meet them.
Skills that will help:
