We are looking for a Plant Manager, Power Equipment Manufacturing. This position will be based in Broken Arrow, OK .
This role is responsible for leading complex manufacturing operations to achieve world‑class performance across safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and overall business results. The Plant Manager owns full operational and financial accountability for the switchgear business and drives strategic growth, capacity planning, and continuous improvement initiatives. This position leads a multi‑department organization and works closely across engineering, supply chain, quality, and commercial teams to ensure scalable and sustainable business performance.
You’ll make a difference by:
Owning full P&L responsibility for the switchgear manufacturing operation and driving profitable growth
Leading strategic planning, demand and capacity planning, and execution of growth initiatives across the business
Driving operational excellence across safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and customer performance
Optimizing manufacturing workflows, throughput, and productivity using lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
Leading and developing managers across multiple departments, including production, fabrication, engineering, quality, and supply chain
Managing budgets, cost structures, inventory, and material flows to achieve financial and operational targets
Leading complex, cross‑functional projects to improve manufacturability, quality, safety, and operational efficiency
You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree related to manufacturing, engineering, operations, or a related field or equivalent industry experience
10+ years of experience with the following:
Manufacturing, operations, or production leadership in complex environments
Managing assembly and fabrication operations, ideally in engineered‑to‑order manufacturing
Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and process optimization methodologies
Cross‑functional leadership across manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, quality, and customer service
Financial and operational management, including budgets, cost control, and P&L accountability
Leadership, talent development, performance management, and organizational design
Project management and execution of complex operational initiatives
Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in low‑voltage products or electrical distribution equipment manufacturing
Lean Manufacturing certification
Six Sigma certification
Experience leading large organizations with both salaried and hourly manufacturing employees
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and data‑driven decision‑making tools
