Job Title: Production Assembler
Job Description
We are seeking dedicated assemblers to utilize hand and power tools in building and assembling trailers and looking for folks to get started as soon as possible. Candidates will follow blueprints meticulously, ensuring no quality errors. Initially, you will start by rebuilding trailers identified with quality issues before transitioning into an assembly role.
Responsibilities
Use hand and power tools to assemble trailers.
Follow blueprints accurately to ensure quality standards are met.
Rebuild trailers with identified quality errors.
Transition into a full assembly role.
Essential Skills
Minimum of 6 months experience in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
Ability to lift over 50 lbs. regularly throughout the shift.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in large assembly.
Construction experience.
Experience working off written instructions and/or blueprints.

Shift Hours
1st Shift: 5:30am-4:00pm Monday-Thursday
2nd Shift: 4:30pm-3:00am Monday-Thursday
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brodhead, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
