Machine Operator
Location: Brockville, ON
12 hour rotating shifts
Job Description
We’re looking for dependable and motivated Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you’ll be part of a fast‑paced production environment that manufactures high‑quality cable products. If you enjoy hands‑on work, operating equipment, and being part of a team that keeps things moving, this could be a great fit. You’ll work with industrial machinery, manage large material spools, and help keep production running smoothly. The workflow is steady and well‑organized, with minimal downtime between production cycles.
Responsibilities
Operate and manage machinery to produce cables.
Set up and replace large cable spools as needed.
Ensure efficient operation of machines with minimal downtime.
Monitor production processes and maintain quality standards.
Essential Skills
6 months of experience in a heavy industrial production setting.
Proficiency in operating machinery and handling production tasks.
Ability to read and understand basic math and English.
Demonstrated reliability and consistent attendance as proven by references.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Competence in using a tape measure and performing packaging tasks.
Capability to stand for long periods and manage physical tasks.

Work Environment
The role is based in an industrial setting where safety is a priority. All necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) is provided, and the environment is designed with safety and comfort in mind, including mats for support in standing areas.

The pay range for this position is $25.67 - $25.67/hr.
