Job Type: Part-time Description Cape Cod Caf? is looking for friendly, reliable team members to join our front-of-house staff as a Host / Busser. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, takes pride in great guest service, and works well as part of a team. Position Overview As a Host / Busser, you play a key role in creating a welcoming experience for our guests while supporting the dining room and service team. This position combines guest interaction with hands-on support to keep the restaurant running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Host Duties: Greet guests warmly and manage the wait list Seat guests efficiently while balancing server sections Answer phones and assist with takeout orders as needed Maintain a clean and organized host stand Busser Duties: Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently Assist servers by restocking supplies and beverages Maintain cleanliness of the dining room and service areas Support overall front-of-house operations during peak times Requirements Experience: Entry level however previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience in Guest service or Restaurant environment preferred Must be available Wednesdays and Thursdays from 4-9pm TIPS certification preferred What We\'re Looking For Friendly, positive attitude with strong customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable and punctual Team-oriented with a willingness to help where needed Restaurant experience is a plus, but not required- we\'re happy to train the right candidate What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Flexible scheduling Supportive team environment Opportunity to grow within a well-established local restaurant group If you enjoy working with people and want to be part of a hardworking, welcoming team, we?d love to hear from you.
