Essential Responsibilities Production & Equipment Operation ? Read and interpret work orders; follow instructions to complete projects accurately and on time ? Operate graphic output equipment, including vinyl and grand format printers ? Load and calibrate machines to ensure optimal print quality ? Effectively print products according to work orders and production schedules ? Establish and follow graphic production standards Quality Control ? Inspect finished signs for accuracy, quality, and compliance with drawings and specifications ? Follow established quality control procedures to minimize rework and ensure standards are met ? Use past job information to guide workflows, keep files organized within company system, and follow production standards Workflow & Efficiency ? Prioritize work orders to maximize efficiency of equipment and materials ? Monitor and manage material usage to reduce waste and control costs ? Collaborate with other production departments to support workflow and meet deadlines Inventory & Materials Management ? Take inventory of materials and coordinate stock orders with supervisor ? Load, move, and stage materials and completed signage for shipping, delivery, or installation Communication & Documentation ? Record job details in production software (hours, materials, procedures, specifications) ? Communicate project updates, changes, delays, or issues to the Graphics Supervisor ? Document equipment issues and report repair needs to management Safety ? Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace throughout the day and at shift end ?
