We’re looking for aClinic Operations Managerto lead day-to-day operations at one of our primary care sites—supporting staff, optimizing workflows, and ensuring an exceptional patient experience.

Compensation & Benefits

What You’ll Do
· Oversee daily clinic operations, staffing, and patient flow
· Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary team
· Partner with clinical leadership to ensure quality care and compliance
· Manage schedules, budgets, and operational performance
· Ensure adherence to HIPAA, OSHA, HRSA, and accreditation standards
· Resolve patient concerns and foster a positive, team-oriented culture
What You Bring
· 3+ years of medical office experience
· Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
· Strong knowledge of clinic operations, EMRs, and healthcare workflows
· Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and lead with confidence
· Bachelor’s degree or CMOM certification (preferred)
