Yardi Systems Associate Technical Account Manager in Broadview Heights, Ohio
About the Role:
Are you passionate about learning new technology andbuilding strong client relationships? We're looking for an Associate TechnicalAccount Manager (ATAM) to help our clients get the most value from Yardi'sproperty management software solutions.
In this role, you'll combine your technical aptitude andcommunication skills to support clients through software setup,troubleshooting, and day-to-day use. Whether it's answering a quick question orresolving a challenge, you'll help clients have a smooth, successful experiencewith our software.
You'll build expertise in how Yardi's software supports thefinancial, operational, and tenant management needs of organizations around theworld. As part of a collaborative team, you'll work closely with clients andinternal departments to deliver high-quality, solution-focused support. Ifyou're a quick learner who enjoys exploring technology and making a positiveimpact for clients, we'd love to hear from you.
* This position requires flexibility for travelduring the second week of employment for training purposes. Training may beconducted locally or at an alternate location based on business needs.Candidates should be prepared and available to travel as required during thistime. *
What You'll Do:
- Provide technical software support, set-up, andimplementation guidance to clients across a suite of products, deliveringassistance via email and phone.
- Utilize your problem-solving skills to effectivelytroubleshoot application issues, overcome challenges, and deliver effectivesolutions.
- Apply your communication strengths to earn client trustthrough responsive support and clear guidance from set-up through ongoingsuccess.
- Champion client success by sharing relevant productfeatures, best practices, and personalized guidance.
- Collaborate with dynamic teams to quickly escalate andresolve challenges, helping deliver innovative solutions that make a realimpact on our clients.
- Enjoy a continuous journey of learning as you master ourproducts and industry trends to drive client success.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Math, orComputer/Engineering Services; or an equivalent combination of education andexperience.
- Comfortable providing live support via phone and email,confidently troubleshooting technical issues.
- A proactive problem-solver with a strong customer-focusedmindset.
- Detail-oriented and process-driven, with a focus on accuracyand efficiency.
- Adaptable and flexible; you thrive in fast-paced,ever-changing environments.
- Skilled at building strong relationships and earning trustwith clients.
