Insight Global Power Up Technician in Broad Run, Virginia
Job Description
• Process and manage tickets related to rack installations across data center clusters
• Coordinate with site teams to install racks and perform equipment power-ups
• Learn and assist with circuit mapping and basic electrical workflows
• Follow all operational, electrical, and documentation procedures
• Escalate issues appropriately and in a timely manner
• Support occasional office setup and refurbishment (desks, equipment, etc.)
• Travel locally between sites within a 5-mile radius as needed

Skills and Requirements
• Strong computer literacy (required)
• Must be able to speak to Amazon leadership principles in inteview
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally between sites
• Ability to follow structured processes and documentation
• High level of reliability, punctuality, and integrity (zero tolerance for attendance issues)
• Comfortable with physical work, including:
o Lifting up to 35 lbs
o Climbing ladders
o Working with equipment, plugs, and installations
