Resideo Data Administrator in BRNO MĚSTO, Czech Republic
The SAP Material Master Data team (MDM) in EMEA is working close with the business teams to setup, create and maintain materials/products in our Global SAP ERP system.
Within this team, the daily tasks will be focused on automatic and manual validation steps need to be executed to keep the parameters in line with the agreed business processes like sales order entry, production, distribution and finally reporting (analytics).
The business teams will require support and guidance/advise on what information is setup in the system and for these random extracts are required.
On a daily base the business teams will trigger to create or change data in the system and should be supported to provide in time the required parameters, in the end to do the setup and maintain the products as quick as possible and finally to get the products active for the business to sell, build, ship and invoice
JOB DUTIES:
Responsible for all products and components creation, extension to regions, changes, responsible to have correct data in ERP SAP system
Be responsible for the quality and consistency of the data entered in the system as defined by the engineering and business teams
Be instrumental in ensuring that the common process is followed properly and monitoring of the successful completion of workflows
Key skills should be critical thinking, problem solving, and attention to detail and quality on all projects
YOU MUST HAVE:
Experience and knowledge with ERP systems preferably SAP.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Computer skills, MS-Office (Excel, Access, Outlook).
Ability to communicate effectively with internal users and stakeholders.
High level of accuracy, detail orientation, and quality focus.
