The Web & Marketing Specialist is responsible for content production in a specialized area of expertise, tasked with activating Zebra thought leadership content on social media for EMEA. This is a detail-oriented role that requires involvement in executing, measuring and optimizing social media content to drive customer interest and enhance the awareness and relevance of the company with external stakeholders and employees. Working independently with limited supervision, this position is accountable for publishing social media on all Zebra platforms available in EMEA.
Responsibilities:
Produces content used primarily in awareness and thought leadership activities.
Works with the Zebra Social Media Team to help record and edit videos for our Zebra social media channels.
Supports reporting to measure impact of social media activities.
Supports our employee social media advocacy programme in EMEA.
Qualifications:
Preferred Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Technology, Media/Journalism or a related field Preferred Work Experience (years):
2-5 years of work experience in marketing or related field Key Skills and Competencies:
Excellent interpersonal skills with a high degree of professionalism
Excellent follow up skills • Ability to work within matrix organization, with direct and in-direct management
Tolerance for business ambiguity; the ability to thrive under quickly changing situations; adaptable, with ability to meet short turnaround times
Use of social media management tool such as Sprinklr or Sprout a plus
Must be able to anticipate project needs, discern work priorities and meet deadlines with general supervision
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple projects at one time Technically savvy and able to troubleshoot within content management systems and online web tools
