Job Description

As a Senior Project Manager , you will take ownership of complex, customer-specific automation projects—from initial concept through to successful delivery.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams across engineering, software, and operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role offers a mix of technical challenge, stakeholder engagement, and strategic impact.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of automation and industrial integration projects

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, software, operations, and external partners

  • Manage project scope, timelines, budget, and risks

  • Ensure clear communication and alignment with stakeholders, including customers and senior leadership

  • Identifypotential risks early and drive effective mitigation strategies

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and implementation ofnew technologies

  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional projects, ideally in industrial or automation environments

  • Strong technical foundation (engineering degree or equivalent practical experience)

  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and aligned with customer expectations

  • Demonstrated ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk across multiple projects

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands effectively

  • Clear and confident communication skills, with experience engaging a wide range of stakeholders, including customers and senior leadership

  • Experience working within a global, matrix organization and leading without direct authority

  • Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience in risk management and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)

  • Understanding of industrial system integration (mechanical, electrical, software), or strong motivation to deepen expertise in this area

  • Fluency in English (additional languages considered an advantage)

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment while maintaining a strong focus on results

  • Willingness to travel up to 25%
