ManpowerGroup 2nd Shift FULL TIME Production Supervisor Bristol PA in Bristol, Pennsylvania
Our client, a leading cosmetics manufacturer, is seeking flexible Production Leads to join their team. As a Production Lead , you will be part of the Production department supporting and supervising their packaging operations. The ideal candidate will be a team player, be able to lift 50-60 pounds without assistance, have good communication skills and be reliable and flexible, which will align successfully in the organization.
Work Area Lead
Location: Bristol, Pennsylvania
Shift :
- 2nd - Monday to Friday 4:00 PM- 12:30 AM
Pay :
- $ 22.00 / hr.
Job Functions:
The Work Area Lead is responsible for overseeing a designated area within the distribution operation to ensure safe, efficient, and accurate order processing. This role supports daily operations by coordinating workflow, training employees, monitoring productivity, and maintaining inventory and quality standards to meet shipping targets for retailer and stock transfer orders.
The Work Area Lead acts as a key point of contact for employees within the area and partners closely with supervisors to drive safety, operational performance, quality, and continuous improvement.
Accountabilities:

Operational Leadership
Assign team members to workstations and ensure proper staffing coverage across the work area.
Prioritize and delegate workloads based on daily order volumes and carrier pickup schedules.
Monitor productivity and ensure team members meet established performance standards.
Escalate operational challenges or performance concerns to the supervisor as needed.
Training & Team Development
Train new employees on safety procedures, departmental work instructions, and operational best practices.
Reinforce adherence to safety standards, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and company policies.
Provide guidance and support to team members to maintain consistent quality and productivity.
Quality & Inventory Control
Inspect and audit orders or finished goods for accuracy, content, and specifications using system tools when appropriate.
Maintain quality standards and ensure proper handling of products.
Troubleshoot inventory discrepancies and escalate issues when necessary.
Assist with audits and inspections to ensure compliance with operational standards.
Process Improvement & Issue Resolution
Assist in investigating operational issues impacting KPIs such as productivity, quality, and inventory accuracy.
Participate in root cause analysis and support corrective actions and retraining when needed.
Help ensure standardized processes are followed to drive zero-defect performance.
Reporting & Administrative Support
Maintain operational records and documentation.
Provide daily performance updates and reporting to supervisors.
Input operational data into system tools as required.
Additional Responsibilities
Follow all safety policies and operational procedures.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support the operation.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent or related experience.
Good communication skills and demonstrated knowledge of English, reading and writing. Basic knowledge of arithmetic.
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously to drive KPIs
Demonstrated leadership skills in team building, safety and quality
For Distribution, a minimum of one-year Distribution or Quality coordinator experience preferred.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
Must demonstrate leadership ability.
Ability to navigate in computer systems such as Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet & Intranet.
Must be able to work overtime as needed, including weekends from the date range of 11/9/26-12/19/26.
Will require a criminal background check.
