Our client, a leading manufacturer in the RV and trailer industry, is seeking skilled Production Technicians to join their dedicated production team. As a member of the production team, you will play an essential role in the manufacturing process, helping ensure each RV or trailer meets the highest standards before shipment. The ideal candidates are reliable, detail-oriented, and take pride in quality workmanship.
Job Title: Multiple Production Roles – Trim, Electrical, Roof Set, Plumbing, Final Finish, Shelling, Lamination/Stuffing
Location: Bristol, IN
Pay Range: Competitive, starting at $20.00 per hour (varies by role)
Shift: Monday – Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
What's the Job?
Responsibilities vary depending on the role, but may include:
Performing final inspections and touch-ups on RVs and trailers to ensure quality standards
Installing trim, roofing, plumbing, electrical components, and hardware as required
Completing lamination, shelling, and stuffing tasks
Cleaning and detailing units for a professional finish
Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
Identifying and reporting defects or production issues
Meeting daily production goals while maintaining a clean and organized work area
What's Needed?
Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to use hand and power tools effectively
Good problem-solving skills and reliability
Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift
Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
