RV Department Openings - Final Finish, Trim, Shelling & More!!
Location: Bristol, IN
Pay: $20.00 / Per Hour
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
Overtime Available
We are looking for reliable, hard-working individuals to join our client’s manufacturing team. If you enjoy hands-on work, building quality products, and being part of a team that values consistency and craftsmanship, this is a great opportunity for long-term stability.
Open Positions Include:
Trim Technicians
Plumbing Technicians
Wall Build Technicians
Shelling Technicians
Parts Prep Technician (Blueprint reading required)
Roof / Mezzanine Technicians
Frame Shop Technicians
What You’ll Be Doing:
Building and assembling components such as walls, framing, roofing, plumbing systems, and trim work
Reading and following blueprints (for select roles)
Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
Performing quality checks to ensure high production standards
Preparing and staging materials for production
Supporting daily production goals as part of a team
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, or production preferred
Blueprint reading or plumbing experience is a plus (role dependent)
Comfortable using hand and power tools
Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical work throughout the shift
