Job Summary
We are currently hiring Final Finish Technicians and PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) Technicians to join our manufacturing team in Bristol, IN.
Open Positions
Final Finish Technicians (multiple openings)
PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) Technicians (1 opening)
Responsibilities
Final Finish Technicians:
Complete final detailing and touch-ups on RV units
Install minor finishing components as needed
Clean and prepare units for delivery
Ensure all quality standards are met
PDI Technicians:
Inspect completed RV units before shipment
Identify and report defects or issues
Perform final quality checks on appliances, fixtures, and components
Ensure units are customer-ready
Requirements
Manufacturing, production, or assembly experience preferred
Strong attention to detail is required
Ability to identify defects and quality issues
Ability to use basic hand tools and cleaning/detailing materials
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout shift
Benefits
$20/hour starting pay
