Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in RV components, is seeking a Lamination Technician to join their dedicated team. As a Lamination Technician, you will be an essential part of the production department supporting high-quality RV manufacturing. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Lamination
Location: Bristol, IN
Pay Range: $20/hour
Shift: Monday – Friday | 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
What's the Job?
Support the lamination process by working hands-on with materials and tools
Cut and shape laminated materials using routers and other tools for routing roles
Assemble and layer materials for lamination, including adhesives, foam, and structural components
Ensure all materials meet quality standards and adhere to safety procedures
Follow production schedules to maintain workflow and efficiency
What's Needed?
Manufacturing or production experience preferred
Experience with routers or cutting tools is a plus for routing roles
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work with hands and follow detailed instructions
Reliable attendance and a team-oriented approach
