ManpowerGroup Door Assembler in Bristol, Indiana
Our client, manufacturing industry leader, is seeking a Door Assembler to join their team. As a Door Assembler, you will be part of the production department supporting the assembly of RV and utility doors. The ideal candidate will demonstrate dependability, attention to detail, and adaptability, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Door Assembler
Location: Bristol, IN
Pay Range: $18.50 raise to $21 once hired in
Shift: 4:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday – Thursday
What's the Job?
Assemble Vent products and RV doors on production lines following verbal or written instructions
Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently
Read and utilize measuring devices accurately
Stand for extended periods while performing assembly tasks
Lift and move up to 50 lbs. consistently in a fast-paced environment
What's Needed?
High School Diploma or GED
Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred but not required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work safely and follow instructions carefully
English language proficiency; bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus but not required
