Assembler – Manufacturing Production Team
We are currently hiring dependable and detail-oriented Assemblers to join our client's growing production team. In this role, you will be part of a fast-paced manufacturing environment where teamwork, quality, and safety are top priorities.

Schedule & Pay
Monday – Thursday | 4:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Starting pay: $18.50/hour
Opportunity to increase to $21.00/hour upon hire with the company
Key Responsibilities
Assemble products on a production line following verbal and written instructions
Use measuring tools accurately (tape measure required)
Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently
Perform hands-on assembly work while standing for extended periods
Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs regularly
Maintain high attention to detail and meet quality standards
Support daily production goals in a team-based environment
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Work overtime as needed
What We’re Looking For
Ability to read a tape measure (test required)
Recent manufacturing or production experience preferred
Stable work history
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
