How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Drive Positive Change: By identifying and connecting with new schools, you’ll expand access to world-class educational tools—helping more students benefit from Pearson’s expertise and innovation.

  • Empower School Communities: Work closely with school leaders and teachers, understanding their unique challenges and helping them overcome barriers to success. Your support will enable them to create more dynamic, inclusive, and effective learning environments.

  • Be a Trusted Advisor: As a subject matter expert, you’ll guide schools through the ever-evolving education landscape, ensuring they have the right solutions to meet their goals and inspire lifelong learning.

  • Inspire Customer Engagement: Work with existing clients to unlock untapped potential. Train, coach, and motivate school staff to achieve greater sales results and champion Pearson’s mission.

  • Drive Sales & Promotion: Build strategic relationships with key decision makers. Proactively promote Pearson’s products and services, ensuring our solutions are front-of-mind and delivering value.

  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Partner with Marketing Managers, Content teams, and other key stakeholders to deepen your product knowledge and deliver tailored solutions.

  • Leverage Technology: Use leading sales tools (including Salesforce, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office) to maximise your impact and efficiency.

What You’ll Bring:

  • A growth mindset and curiosity—keen to learn the craft of consultative sales, ask great questions, and build confidence through coaching and practice.

  • A genuine interest in education and technology, and motivation to help schools improve outcomes for teachers and students.

  • A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Education, Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 2 - 3 years of experience in Sales - Education related experience

  • Early experience in customer-facing roles (e.g., retail, hospitality, tutoring, customer success, or sales)—or a strong desire to start your sales career.

  • Strong communication skills—comfortable presenting, listening, and tailoring messages to different audiences.

  • Organised and proactive—able to plan your week, follow up reliably, and work towards clear goals.

  • Confident using technology (e.g., CRM tools like Salesforce, Microsoft Office/PowerPoint) and willing to learn new systems quickly.
