Job Description: AriensCo is seekinga motivated and passionate Tooling Programmer to join our team at Plant 3 in Brillion, WI. This role is critical in driving innovation and efficiency within our manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for the specification, testing, installation, and documentation of welding and automation technology, sensors, electrical switches, and die protection equipment used in \"right-sized\" machinery, dies, weld fixtures, and gages. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, Lean manufacturing environment and enjoys working collaboratively across multiple teams. Pay: Starts at \$26/hour plus \$4.00 shift premium - \$30.00/hour total plus \$2,000 sign on bonus Schedule & Shift: Monday - Thursday (4 days x 10 hours); 2:45PM-12:45AM THE DAY TO DAY... Collaborate with machine design staff, tool and die makers, production personnel, and management to identify and implement effective automation solutions for in-house built equipment (e.g., drilling units, welders, benders, brakes). Design, build, and program PLCs, drives, vision systems, and other automation equipment, including safety devices, transfer devices, stacking equipment, and pick-and-place units. Evaluate costs and feasibility for machine and automation requests. Partner with vendors to select appropriate hardware and software for each application, while developing new technology sources.
