Job Description: Join us in Brillion, WI as a Senior Program Manager and own the execution of the Ariens Product Development Process (APDP). In this high-visibility role, you\'ll lead cross-functional teams, align strategy, and launch high-quality Ariens products that meet defined requirements, cost and weight targets, and organizational goals. THE DAY TO DAY... Engage, train, coach, and mentor the functional teams on the AriensCo Product Development Process Support the development and implementation of Program Department strategy to include policies, principles, tools, and best practices Lead and manage multiple product development programs Clearly identify program stakeholders and keep them abreast and engaged Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure program goals can be clearly understood by the functional teams Effectively communicate program expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion Oversee all activities associated with the program to ensure the program achieves its goals Coordinate the creation of functional plans for each department Develop program plans to include scope, deliverables, required resources, budget, schedule, etc. that meet chartered goals Drive team commitment and accountability to program and functional plans Coordinate, resolve, or assist in resolution of conflicts and other issues within and between functional teams and recommend/provide solutions Develop and deliver progress reports, gate review, change requests, and other applicable...
