Job Description: Ariens Company is seeking a motivated and passionate Process Technician 2nd shift at our Brillion, WI location that will provide support for production assembly lines and operations personnel, focusing on maximizing employee safety, product quality, delivery and productivity in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Pay: Starting at \$24.00/hour plus \$4.00 shift premium - \$28.00/hour total plus \$2,000 sign on bonus Schedule & Shift: Monday - Thursday (4 days x 10 hours); 2:45PM-12:45AM THE DAY TO DAY... Safe operation of machining and tooling Live and promote the Ariens Core Values and 15 Principles Maximize fabrication equipment and machining center availability and effectiveness Monitor status and help to drive appropriate TPM and PM of equipment and tooling Operate PC\'s, PLC\'s and machine controllers with understanding of programming language to identify problems and operate machines during maintenance and TPM/PM activities Work with equipment and tooling supplies to maintain a high level of equipment functionality Help drive operational cost improvements through work with tooling suppliers, Manufacturing Leaders, Team Leaders and engineers Provide machine troubleshooting and repair Assist in set-ups and change-overs of fabrication equipment Train and develop others as necessary THE QUALIFICATIONS... A technical degree is preferred but not required Technical training in machine control programming and operation is preferred Preferred machine controls programming...
