Job Description: AriensCo is seeking a motivated and passionate Process Technician that will provide support for production assembly lines and operations personnel, focusing on maximizing employee safety, product quality, delivery and productivity in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Pay: Starting at \$24.00/hour + \$2,000 sign on bonus Schedule & Shift: Monday - Thursday (4 days x 10 hours); 4:45AM-2:45PM THE DAY TO DAY... Live and promote the Ariens Core Values and 15 Principles Wear appropriate PPE Conduct cycle timing/line balancing Support updating standard work & binder Identify and implement VA/VE projects Support process audits Support torque audits Support CI log process Support safety/ergo team New line layout/setup Supporting new technology integration Identify and implement new tooling Audit tooling/fixtures Troubleshoot tooling issues Submit maintenance/SAFA request Production Verification (PV) build support Design Verification (DV) build support Manage impact of PCS changes on the line Train and develop others as necessary THE QUALIFICATIONS... A technical degree is preferred but not required Experience using lean principles to drive continuous improvement Ability to plan, coordinate, and implement projects ranging in size and scope Experience dealing with a variety of people in a variety of settings Moderate level or above computer skills with MS Office preferred A strong mechanical aptitude An ability to communicate...
