Job Description: AriensCo Hospitality Group is excited to hire an Event Sales Manager to lead event sales and coordination across our unique venues, including Round Lake Farms, Stone Prairie, the AriensCo Museum, and other affiliated properties in Brillion, WI. This role is perfect for someone passionate about creating memorable events while building strong client relationships. THE DAY TO DAY... Manage the planning, direction, and implementation of event sales for AriensCo properties and establishments Perform work associated with soliciting sales from current and prospective customers Oversee all sales for weddings, corporate events and special occasions Assists as needed to launch and support community-focused events at the venues Develop and maintain productive, long-term customer relationships Serve as single point of contact and advisor for existing customers, consulting on current services and determining individual customer needs Provide management with sales forecasts as well as insights regarding the impact of competition, promotional initiatives, and recommended pricing changes for services Use customer feedback to recommend modifications to services Advise and collaborate with management in developing processes, policies, and procedures regarding event sales May lead and direct the work of other employees Collaborate with management on departmental budgeting, strategic planning, and procedural change Support the coordination of third-party vendors including venue, staffs, catering, transportation, safety and audio or visual equipment, etc. Monitor and control budget for events Negotiate all necessary sales contracts THE...
