Job Description: We are hiring a handson technical professional to support equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and assembly tooling needs across our production areas to support our 2nd shift team in Brillion, WI. Pay: Starting at \$22.00/hour plus \$4.00 shift premium - \$26.00/hour total plus \$2,000 sign on bonus Schedule & Shift: Monday - Thursday (4 days x 10 hours), 2:45PM - 12:45AM THE DAY TO DAY... Ability to prioritize & manage projects Accountable for decision making Set and maintain tool torque to AriensCo Standards Strong understanding of system integration & functions Pneumatic Hydraulic Electric Troubleshoot and repair broken air tools, assembly fixtures and equipment Manage & perform preventative maintenance as needed Manage tool inventory, costs, records, initiate ordering or outside repairs as needed Setup, adjust, and repair tool lubricating system Setup Air Tools for new cells and determine proper tooling for new applications Perform miscellaneous repairs on assembly equipment as needed to keep production lines running Troubleshoot and perform appropriate repairs or coordinate repairs of specialized equipment Perform periodic inspections of assembly equipment to maintain proper and safe operation (lift devices, tool stand fuel system, etc.) Maintain inventories of specific purchased parts used for assembly Perform and assist others in projects that improve key metrics THE QUALIFICATIONS...
