Purem Novi, Inc. seeks a Plant Accountant based out of Brighton, MI to apply principles of accounting to analyze financial information and prepare financial reports by compiling information, preparing profit and loss statements, and utilizing appropriate accounting control procedure. Analyze and review budgets and expenditures. Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, including general ledger accounts, and document business transactions. Monitor and review accounting reports for accuracy and completeness. Perform other related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates. Prepare and review budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting document. Prepare profit and loss statements and monthly closing and cost accounting reports. Conduct all business related activities for, and on the behalf of, Purem Novi, Inc. within the limits of applicable local, state, and federal legal requirements. Provide support to, and compliance with, all local and corporate Purem Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) policies, procedures and other HSE related requirements. Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness and follows all BUAM polices related to TS16949 and ISO 14001. Look for ways to improve and promote quality. Other duties as assigned.

Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a foreign equivalent, and at least one (1) year of experience as an Analyst or a similar position utilizing all of the following in the automotive exhaust production industry: SAP; ADP; ETS Traceability Sequencing; Anaplan/SAP Analytics Cloud; CONCUR; EDI Costumer Releases; and CAMOS.
