Adecco US, Inc. CNC Operator in Brighton, Michigan

Adecco has partnered with a premier client in Livingston County recruiting for CNC Operators. This role includes set up, running, and maintaining computer-controlled machines to produce precision parts, ensuring quality by inspecting finished products and adjusting machine settings.

  • Prepare machines by loading tools, materials, and fixtures.

  • Operate CNC machinery (mills, lathes) to perform tasks such as drilling, cutting, and turning.

  • Load and verify programs (G-code) to ensure accurate production.

  • Inspect finished workpieces using precision tools (micrometers, calipers) to ensure they meet specifications.

  • Perform basic maintenance, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn tools.

  • Read blueprints, interpret technical instructions, and perform routine maintenance to ensure efficient, safe production

  • Maintains ability to use cutoff wheels and abrasive deburring equipment such as hand held motorized grinders, belt sanders, wire brushes, scrapers, files, and other related tools

  • Sets up and performs all phases of deburring operation.

  • Operates all finishing equipment in department both manual and automated.

  • Removes all loose burrs using assorted abrasive tooling.

  • Blends finishes to meet customer specifications.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $30.00 per hour
