Job Description
We’re looking for a strategic, innovative Director of International Learning & Transformation to shape how we build capability, lead change, and use insights to drive performance across the organization.
This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for defining and delivering a modern learning and transformation strategy, leading a team of talented professionals, and partnering with senior leaders to enable business success.
Responsibilities
Define and execute a comprehensive learning, development, and transformation strategy aligned to business priorities
Establish and manage the operating model, governance, and prioritization framework for initiatives
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, including experienced people leaders
Design and deliver scalable, role-based learning programs using modern, digital, and experiential approaches
Lead end-to-end change management strategies to drive adoption and sustained behavioral change
Develop and implement measurement frameworks to assess effectiveness and ROI of initiatives
Translate data and feedback into actionable insights to continuously improve outcomes
Evaluate and implement learning technologies and tools to enhance engagement and scalability
Partner with senior leaders and stakeholders; act as a trusted advisor on learning and transformation
Bring external best practices and innovative approaches to evolve strategies and capabilities
Qualifications
Significant experience in learning & development, organizational effectiveness, change management, or related disciplines
Proven track record of leading teams, including developing people leaders
Experience delivering large-scale learning or transformation initiatives in complex organizations
Strong understanding of change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter)
Experience using data and insights to inform strategy and measure impact
Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills
Strong communication and storytelling abilities
Bachelor’s degree required
Preferred Qualifications
Experience building or scaling learning and development programs in complex organizations
Background in instructional design, organizational development, or behavioral science
Experience with learning technologies
Change management or coaching certification
Experience in financial services or matrixed environments
Advanced degree (MBA or relevant Master’s)
