Hours: 36 hrs/week (Tuesday–Friday, approx. 7:00am–4:00pm)
Pay: $52/hr Local | $2,100/week Travel Package

Position Overview
Brighton School District 27J is seeking a Mental Health Provider (School Social Worker or School Psychologist) to support early childhood specialized programming for P–5 students. This role supports students requiring wrap-around social-communication intervention and autism center-based programming.
The programs focus on communication development, social-emotional learning, behavioral skill building, and positive behavior regulation. This position includes direct mental health services, collaboration with educational teams, and consultation to support individualized student needs. Caseload is approximately 20–30 students, including multiple upcoming evaluations for preschoolers transitioning to kindergarten.
Minimum Requirements
Professional Educator License with School Social Worker (SSW) endorsement
MSW or LCSW may be required depending on state/contract
Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice
CPR, TB/PPD, or health certificate (if applicable)
Meets all federal, state, and local requirements
Must be at least 18 years old
