Manufacturing Associate
We are currently hiring Manufacturing Associates to support our 2nd shift production team. The Manufacturing team plays a critical role in ensuring quality, accuracy, and daily output goals are met.
Location: Brighton, CO
Pay Rate: $25.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Our team manufactures and packages exterior caulk for commercial construction companies. The caulking is formulated and packaged on-site at our Brighton manufacturing facility. If you have experience in heavy manufacturing, production, or construction and enjoy physical, team‑based work—this is a great opportunity!
Key Responsibilities:
Operating and supporting production and packaging equipment
Monitoring product flow and ensuring materials are processed efficiently
Handling finished product, including transferring, stacking, and palletizing materials
Performing basic quality checks and accurately completing production documentation
Packaging finished product, verifying labels, and preparing items for shipment
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
Working collaboratively with teammates and supervisors to meet daily production goals
Required Qualifications:
At least 1 year of heavy manufacturing or production experience OR construction or general labor experience
Ability to perform physically demanding work in a manufacturing environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
