ManpowerGroup Machine operator in Brighton, Colorado
Our client, a leading manufacturing and logistics organization, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting operational efficiency and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Machine Operator
Location: Henderson, CO
Pay Range: $18
Shift: Monday - Friday 7AM - 3:30PM, with occasional Saturday hours depending on workload
What's the Job?
Operate power saws to cut, slot, and trim wooden pallets accurately and efficiently
Set up and adjust machinery to meet production specifications
Maintain a clean and safe work environment following all safety protocols
Inspect finished products for quality and consistency
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations
What's Needed?
Previous experience in warehouse, lumber, carpentry, roofing, landscaping, logistics, or construction is encouraged
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds repeatedly and work in extreme conditions including heat, cold, and airborne particulates
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
Willingness to work overtime as needed
