Requirements:
Employee must be able to repeatedly stoop for 30 seconds while picking vegetables, stand up, walk several feet, and stoop again to harvest crops. 3 months experience. Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Job description:
Manually plant, cultivate, and harvest vegetables, including but not limited to peppers, onions, cucumbers, cilantro, and pumpkins. Hand tools such as shovels, hoes, and knives will be used. Duties will include tilling soil, transplanting, weeding, thinning, harvesting, packing, and loading harvested products. The employee must be able to repeatedly stoop for 30 seconds while picking vegetables, stand up, and stoop again to harvest crops.
Anticipated hours of work per week: 48 hours a week
Schedule: * 7*:00 A.M. - 4:00 P.M. Mon to Sat 8 hours a day.

May 25, 2026 to Nov 30, 2026
