Residential Counselor MAP Rolling Pines Dr - Bridgewater, Bridgewater, MA, US Requisition ID: 2560 Salary Range: \$20.00 To \$23.75 Hourly Title: Residential Counselor - MAP Location: Rolling Pines Pay Range: \$20 - \$23.75 Schedule: 30 hours- Tues-Sat 3p-9p What You\'ll Do: Provide rehabilitative support to adults in Group Living Environments (GLE), fostering skills for daily living and community integration. Key responsibilities include: Teach ADLs (cooking, budgeting, medication management) and socialization skills. Implement Treatment Plans and behavioral interventions under clinician guidance. Administer/supervise medications per MAP guidelines and document care. Transport residents to appointments and community activities. Advocate for residents needs and model healthy coping strategies. Maintain a safe, clean home environment and complete timely documentation. What You Bring: High school diploma/GED; mental health experience preferred. Valid driver\'s license and ability to assist with mobility (bending, standing, etc.). Strong communication skills (English) and basic computer proficiency.
