Ultra Clean Technologies Machine Operator in Bridgeton, New Jersey
Required Skills: * Check raw materials for quality and quantity ahead of loading into machine * Prepare raw materials to be loaded into machine * Load, align and operate machine per instructions * Maintain machine performance and output logs * Monitor machines for problems and troubleshoot issues * Prepare tooling for changeovers and perform changeovers * Maintain quality and quantity with strong sense of accountability and high standards to meet production quotas and schedule jobs * Clean and maintain equipment and work area * Complete relevant documentation * Perform testing procedures to ensure machine is working optimally during production process * Enter information akin to size, speed, etc into control station * Ensure regular and preventative maintenance procedures are carried out * Perform safety checks on every machine * Ensure stock of needed materials are ready and available at all times * Provide relevant information regarding progress to supervisors * Follow established procedures while looking for ways to improve process
Qualifications: * Good ability to work with computer (control station) * Precise and detail oriented * Good mechanical aptitude * Good team player * Excellent communication skills verbal, written and respectful * Ability to lift 50 pounds and work on feet
Education and Experience: * High School Diploma/Equivalent
