As a Project Manager III in the Civil/Site Practice for Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC) in our Bridgeport, West Virginia office, you'll manage project teams to design complex site layouts, erosion and sedimentation control and stormwater management controls, prepare utility and grading plans, and develop project details and specifications. Key Responsibilities: Developing proposals and project budgets, managing the engineering staff, and performing quality control Working with clients, contractors, and local/state government officials on all aspects of the project - from conceptual and design phases, through the regulatory review process, bidding, and construction Participating in internal and external client and professional development-based organizations Partnering with our management teams to mentor and assist in the professional development of the staff; including the performance of annual reviews and the establishment of development goals. Qualifications
10+ years of Civil Engineering experience Bachelor's in Civil Engineering (or related field) required (ABET accredited) Professional Engineer (PE) license in West Virginia or ability to gain reciprocity Experience managing and leading project teams Experience developing and maintaining relationships with active and future clients Experience...
