Divine Childcare Center Cook in Bridgeport, Michigan
Position: Cook Location: Divine Childcare Center, Bridgeport, MI Employment Type: Part-time Hours: Monday through Friday, between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM (exact schedule to be discussed)

Position Overview: We are seeking a responsible and caring Cook to plan and prepare healthy meals for children. The ideal candidate will follow all safety and dietary protocols while keeping meals fun and child-approved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve breakfast, lunch, and snacks for children
- Follow nutritional guidelines and adjust meals for allergies and dietary restrictions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and food storage areas
- Manage inventory and food orders
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and sanitation practices
- Coordinate with teaching staff regarding mealtimes and child needs
Qualifications:
- Experience cooking in a professional or childcare setting preferred
- Knowledge of nutrition and child-appropriate meals
- ServSafe or food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Familiarity with food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to plan and work independently
