Your Medical Home Occupational Medicine Technician in Bridge City, Texas

Position Summary:

The Occupational Medicine Technician will work as an integral part of our patient care team. In this role, you will be responsible for the occupational medicine duties. These include but are not limited to fit testing, audio testing, breath alcohol testing, urine drug screen testing, hair follicle testing. They will also be required to participate in an on-call rotating schedule for after-hours emergencies.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide occupational medicine to patients
  • Setting up and monitoring medical equipment
  • Ordering and administrating
  • Communicating test results to patients and working well with the NP on staff
  • Recording patient medical history
  • Operating and maintaining medical equipment
  • Ordering Supplies
  • Maintaining all client accounts and records
  • Performing all industrial testing provided by employers
