Position Overview: Kids Castle Learning Center is seeking a reliable, energetic, and compassionate Full-Time Floater to join our team. This position plays a vital role in supporting multiple classrooms, including infant and toddler rooms, by ensuring a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for all children. The ideal candidate is flexible, enthusiastic, and passionate about early childhood development.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide support across various classrooms, including infant and toddler groups, as needed
Assist lead teachers with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, lesson activities, and nap time
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment
Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development
Step into classrooms as needed to ensure proper staff-to-child ratios are maintained
Foster a positive, caring, and fun atmosphere for children
Follow all center policies, procedures, and licensing regulations
Qualifications:
Dependable, punctual, and professional
Patient, nurturing, and attentive to childrens needs
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Energetic, fun-loving, and creative
Ability to adapt quickly to different classroom settings
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Must have a genuine love for working with children
Preferred (but not required):
Previous childcare or early childhood experience
CPR/First Aid certification
